A motorist stopped to allow a dog to cross the street in Mangaldan, Pangasinan but his act resulted in a four-vehicle accident, according to a report on “Saksi” Tuesday.
In a CCTV footage, the motorist was hit from behind by another vehicle, which was also hit by an SUV. The SUV was also hit from behind by a motorcycle rider.
