An aged person promises a stability pet dog at Disneyland seriously mauled him following its handler unsuccessful to handle the pooch.
Paul Perez, of Las Vegas, filed the civil lawsuit from Walt Disney Parks and Resorts on Aug. one for discomfort and suffering, emotional distress and medical procedure fees.
In the assert, the 81-calendar year-previous grandpa claimed he and his spouse and children were on their way to the Anaheim, Calif., topic park on May 10, 2022, when a safety guard caused the K9 to “abruptly action specifically in entrance and pretty close” to Perez.
The aged male then bumped into the dog, which reacted to the sudden movement.
“The pet then attacked the plaintiff, biting him in the stomach,” in accordance to the grievance.
The grandpa experienced significant bite marks on the still left side of his belly.
