Cops probe into ‘Quranic verses on dog sleeping pads’ images

Police are conducting more investigations into a few viral images showing dogs sleeping on stone slabs with Quranic verses.

Seberang Perai Utara district police chief Mohd Asri Shafie said investigations uncovered that the incident took place at a hardware retail store in the Teluk Air Tawar area. A male lodged a law enforcement report about the incident yesterday.

The complainant’s wife had uploaded the pics, 1st revealed on a Fb web page, on her TikTok account, following which a consumer commented that he had questioned the operator of the components retail outlet about the stones and was informed to “mind your possess business”.
