
Well known Nollywood comic, Bishop Umoh, aka Okon, has issued phrases of defence for his fellow Akwa Ibom indigene, chef Hilda Baci, who has been acquiring backlashes after she admitted she eats dog meat.
It will be recalled that animal rights activist and President of My Pet & I group, Jackie Idimogu, berated chef Hilda for taking in canine meat, insisting it was cruelty versus animals.
Reacting by means of his social media web page, the comedian clarified that Akwa Ibom people do not eat pet puppies as staying insinuated, including that they only take in wild pet dogs.
