The official website of the Bungou Stray Dogs Wan! television anime announced a second season on Saturday, revealing the main staff, cast, a teaser visual (pictured), and an announcement promo. The spin-off’s second season will premiere in 2026.

The first anime season adapting Neco Kanai‘s spin-off manga aired in 12 episodes in Winter 2021. Crunchyroll simulcasted the anime with subtitles in multiple languages and an English dub.
Young Ace UP web magazine began serializing the spin-off manga in December 2015. Kadokawa published the 14th volume on September 4.
Kafka Asagiri and Harukawa35 began serializing the original supernatural action manga in Young Ace in December 2012. The 27th volume went on sale on September 4.
Yen Press licensed both the original and spin-off manga in English in December 2016 and August 2021, respectively. The 25th volume was released on May 27, with the 12th spin-off volume released on October 28.
