An aged person promises a stability pet dog at Disneyland seriously mauled him following its handler unsuccessful to handle the pooch.

Paul Perez, of Las Vegas, filed the civil lawsuit from Walt Disney Parks and Resorts on Aug. one for discomfort and suffering, emotional distress and medical procedure fees.
