Pet rescued from 7m gap on walking keep track of in close proximity to Tākaka Hill Highway

A lookup and rescue crew was utilized to rescue a pet that was seven meters down in a gap close to Tākaka.

A puppy has been rescued from a 7m-deep hole on a walking track near the Tākaka Hill Freeway.

A hearth and crisis spokesperson mentioned the puppy was stuck close to 3pm on Saturday afternoon.

It took pretty much two hrs to mail one particular crew from Tākaka and one particular from Upper Tākaka to the distant location and execute a risk-free rescue.

“The canine was correctly rescued at five.10pm,” they said. It was saved “with the help of ropes and returned to a joyful owner”.

A police spokesperson claimed a look for and rescue group attended the celebration around Bates Rd, Tākaka Hill.
