A safety guard of a university in Bacolod City is experiencing a grievance for allegedly hitting a pet dog, according to a report on “Saksi.”

He was even scolded by some college students who witnessed the incident.
The guard explained he strike the dog for the reason that it attacked and proceeded to chunk him.
